our recent stay at a resort in Sanya was okay, but Sheraton really impressed us. The spacious and clean rooms, the beautiful balcony, and the choice of swimming pools made our stay enjoyable. The helpful staff, especially Grady, made us feel at home. The delicious buffet breakfast was a highlight too.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable, with a great balcony offering ocean views. The grounds were enormous and well maintained, with incredible pools that catered to all kinds of needs, including plenty for children. The staff was very helpful and enthusiastic, despite occasional minor issues with checking in and out. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a nice gym, a free and good playground for kids, and even a foam party at the kids pool. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, and the helpfulness of the staff were the best aspects of my stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and I couldn't spot any dirt or stains anywhere. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the multiple swimming pools that were available. Additionally, the location of this hotel was fantastic, situated by the beach and close to a tropical island. The breakfast served was delicious, with a wide variety of food available to choose from. Finally, I must applaud the staff members who were very helpful and accommodating.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The hotel offers exclusive amenities, including a luxurious spa and several outdoor swimming pools. the beach access is excellent, and the live entertainment is a great addition to the evening activities. the massage I got was excellent and fulfilled my needs.

The only minor issue was the location, which is isolated from the rest of the city and makes it difficult to find non-hotel restaurants. this is compensated by the hotel's many dining options, including a BBQ facility and a snack bar.

Our beach vacation at this resort was an overall pleasant experience. We loved how close we were to the tropical island and appreciated the many pools on the hotel grounds. the YUE restaurant provided delicious meals at reasonable prices. the room and bathroom were comfortable and spacious, and the staff provided excellent service. the breakfast offered a large selection of food and a beautiful view of the surroundings. the children's clubs and play areas were fantastic for families.

There were some issues with communication, as some of the hotel staff members had limited English proficiency.

The location of this hotel was great, surrounded by beautiful scenery. The pool area was a definite highlight, with several options to choose from. the food offered at the hotel was delicious.

My Easter vacation at this hotel was absolutely terrible. Starting with the rooms, they were outdated and in need of renovation.

This hotel offers a luxurious and exclusive experience with its exceptional service and spa center. the outdoor swimming pools are divine, with their aqua park and sun terrace. the hotel is exceptionally clean, with well-trained staff and a fantastic international restaurant with special diet menus.

The only minor issue I had was that the location is not great. Although the hotel provides access to the beachfront, there are some restrictions.

The breakfast here was amazing, with a wide selection of fresh fruits, pastries, and even an egg station. The outdoor dining was the perfect atmosphere and we enjoyed it every day. We were pleasantly surprised by the complementary shuttle bus service that took us to the nearby beach and shopping areas, it saved us a lot of time and hassle. The room itself was spacious and well-kept, with a beautiful balcony to relax and enjoy the scenery. a great value for the price!

Our stay was marred by several negatives that cannot be overlooked. The biggest issue was the lack of functioning Wi-Fi for our entire stay, and it was not resolved by the staff.
